Mill Engineers

The firm of Robert and Company was founded in 1917 and is still in business today. Their early claim to fame was the design of tire cord and tire fabric plants in Georgia.

B.F. Goodrich Company, Akron, Ohio built the first textile mill in Silvertown, GA in 1926.
